DESCRIPTION:KONKURS!!The City Gallery of Kotor is preparing a traditional annual art exhibition this year\, on the occasion of the Day of the Municipality of Kotorcreativity in Kotor\, titled KOTOR VISUAL ARTISTS 2026.All fine and applied artists who were born in Kotor or live and create in the territory of the Municipality of Kotor and who have graduated from the Academies of Fine and Applied Arts have the right to participate in the exhibition.All fine and applied artists interested in participating in this exhibition\,and who satisfy the set criteria\, they should bring 2 to 3 works to the Kotor City Gallery\, no later than 6th November\, every working day from 9 to 13 h. Photographs of papers with catalog data\, as well as a short biography\, should be sent to email specified in the link below. \n\n\n\n A three-member expert jury will meet to make a selection of works for the exhibition and decide on to give the “Best Awards” the visual work was created in Kotor in 2026″\, and therefore the works that will be submitted after 6. can’t and won’t be accepted in November.Link to detailed information below.

DESCRIPTION:The exhibition 1978/2026/Otwock+ offers a retrospective view of nearly five decades of work by Mirosław Bałka\, one of the most significant figures in European contemporary art. \n\n\n\nEarly figurative works are presented alongside sculptures\, drawings\, and installations from different periods\, in situ works created in Podgorica\, and a selection of video works. \n\n\n\nThe exhibition takes Otwock as its point of departure — a town near Warsaw where Bałka grew up and where he continues to work today\, in his family home\, which later became his studio.  \n\n\n\nOtwock is more than a place of origin: it is where personal memory and family history intersect with the traumatic experiences of Europe’s past.Source: official information MSUCG
